Ceylon Star Maldives fish pieces essentially uses high quality dried and cured fish, usually tuna. The condiment is used in very small amounts in Sri Lankan cooking not only used as a flavor enhancer but also as a thickening agent. To preserve their freshness, flavor and to enhance the shelf life they are packed in a manner to territorial and client needs.
